Summary: The stay was nice, only thing I didn’t like me or my son couldn’t get the shower to work😭, but other then that everything was great, customer service, breakfast, slept good, property was clean throughout!!!!!

Summary: My family was on our 4th annual vacation in Destin. This hotel was absolutely the greatest. The breakfast was tasteful and the dinning room manager Rubero was the absolutely greatest. He smiled a lot and was very attentive plus the food was delicious. All front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially those with children. Niceville is the appropriate name for this location because everyone was nice.

Summary: Not the first time I stay in the hotel. This time around the room was dirty, it smelled, the carpet felt wet smelly. The shower was awful, my daughter fell getting out the shower. The floors are super slippery because water comes out the curtain does not cover properly because of the way the shower head is positioned. Even the couch in the room felt sticky, humid, and wet. It just felt dirty over all.
